What happens if I'm not home?

  • If you miss a delivery, you'll receive a card with instructions for redelivery or collection at your local post office.

  • For Next Day delivery, you'll get details on how to rearrange delivery.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

  • If you're in the UK and haven't received your order within 7 working days, email hello@jardini.uk

Returns Policy:

Send an email to hello@jardini.uk and we'll inform you on how to return your item.

  • Extended Returns Period: Orders placed from 27 Nov have until 31 Jan 2025 for returns.

  • General Return Info:

    • Notify us within 14 days of receiving the item, and send it back within an additional 14 days.

    • Returns are at the customer’s expense (we don’t offer free returns).

    • Jewellery: Refundable/exchangeable except earrings for hygiene reasons.

    • Condition for Returns: Items must be in original packaging and perfect condition.

    • Refunds are processed within 2 working days but may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.

Faulty Items:

  • If an item is faulty (e.g., broken chain, loose stone), email us with photographic evidence within 1 week of receiving it. We will replace it once only.

Untracked Returns:

  • If returning an item by untracked delivery, make sure to get proof of postage, as we can’t be responsible for missing items.
