Return & Shipping

📦 Shipping Information

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

UK Delivery (via Royal Mail)

  • Free Standard Delivery on orders over £100 (Tracked, 2–5 working days)

  • Standard Delivery: £2.99 (Tracked, 2–5 working days)

  • First Class: £3.99 (Tracked, 1–2 working days)
    Orders must be placed by 12pm. Orders placed on Saturdays will be dispatched the following Monday.


International Orders

We currently only ship within the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you're outside the UK and would like to place an order, please feel free to contact us at hello@jardini.uk — we'll do our best to assist you with a manual order.


Missed Delivery

If you’re unavailable when your parcel arrives, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to collect or reschedule your delivery.

Incorrect Address

If you entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the address or stop delivery.

Delivery Delays

If you have not received your order within 7 working days (UK only), please email us at hello@jardini.uk, and we’ll be happy to assist you.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return or exchange is approved, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Return Guidelines

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with original packaging intact


Earrings

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If a pair includes two parts (e.g. detachable elements), both pieces must be returned for a refund or exchange.

All returned earrings are professionally cleaned and inspected before being restocked or replaced.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 2–4 working days

  • Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your payment provider


🔧 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault shortly after wearing:

  • Contact us within 7 days at hello@jardini.uk

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We are happy to arrange a one-time replacement for issues like broken chains, loose stones, or discolouration.


🧾 Proof of Return

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage.

We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking information.
